I have combined garnet, jasper and labradorite for alignment of the body, mind and spirit, and to help with enlightenment.

Garnet- reddish brown- it is said to be able to warn of approaching danger and was long ago carried as a protective talisman. It inspires love and emotion, and balances the sex drive and alleviates emotional disharmony. This is the stone of commitment. This is particularly helpful in situations where there seems to be no way out or where life is fragmented or is traumatic. It fortifies, activates, and straighten the survival instincts, bringing courage and hope to seemingly hopeless situations. It also promotes mutual assistance in times of trouble

Jasper - red/brown/green - It sustains and supports during times of stress, and brings tranquility and wholeness. Used in healing, it unifies all aspects of your life. Jasper helps to align the chakras. Gently stimulating, and grounds energy and rectifies unjust situations. It brings problems to light before they become too big and provides insight into the most difficult situations. It makes an excellent "worry bead" calming the emotions when played with.

Labradorite - Grayish/black - It is a bringer of light, and raises consciousness and connects with universal energies. Labradorite deflects unwanted energies from the aura and prevents energy leakage. It forms a barrier to negative energies used during therapy. It raises consciousness and grounds spiritual energies into the physical body. Helps to banish fears, insecurities and the psychic debris from previous disappointments, including those of past lives. It calms and overactive mind and energizes the imagination bring up new ideas.
